Having applied for a debit card on November 22, 2023, as an NRI currently in India for a limited time, we expected a quick service. However, upon contacting the customer service center, we were informed of an additional month for processing. Given our limited availability in India, waiting for months is not feasible for us. We kindly request expedited attention to this matter.

Sir.. My name is Ramani Sukumaran. I went to South Indian Bank today at Kuriyachira (Branch Name Nehru Nag ar Kuriyachira Thrissur. ) and when I went to the bank to close my deposit, I was given a cheque . Then the manager and the officer there said that there is no cash. So when I asked the cash counter sir, he said that there is cash. Referred to another branch due to lack of cash. Even when I went there, I was told that there was no cash and then I came to the Nehru Nagar branch again. He said RTS can do it. I was told that my housing loan account will be credited to the bank within two minutes. After that, my son and I went to Canara Bank and the sir said that the cash transfer was not done. Again we went to South Indian Bank and made them wait for four hours. The lady staff in the Goldlawn section misbehaved with me and told me to go through here. He also threatened to call the police if I sit in the bank. Today's work of me and my son is gone and there is a loss of Rs.2000. The behavior of that lady staff and the male staff there is very bad.. They behave without understanding the condition of the poor..

Hi. Dear H O. D I deposit yesterday rs.1100/ Today I check balance rs 0/ What happens my account Deduction so many amount I have four different bank account But sib like scam. Way do like this last week I go to my branch Bidhan nagar kolkata she toll me maintain Balance rs 1000/ avoid any charges But i am very upset for your service I am hotelier staff please chek and refund My balance please Thank you

I work here so this might be biased. I love love love this place. It's a lovely building and just walking in through the gates warms my spirit. It's located in a high end locality so it's close to everything. Inside, it's like a regular office with good design and tech. There's a cooperative store and a canteen that feeds the huge workforce of the HO. There's an ATM inside as well. It's a privilege to be working here. 👍
